The wrestling team is at BGSU today for their District meet. Of the six VB boys competing, four have made it to the quarter finals. The Black Knight quad of juniors Chance Sonnenberg, Isaac Sexton, Peyton Whitticar, and Santos Miranda have won all of their matches so far and are in good position to advance to State. Alternate Santos Miranda took advantage of his unexpected opportunity as he pinned his man in his first match in about a minute thirty seconds. Keep up the excellent work and good luck in your future matches, boys! VBHS is cheering for you!

 Earlier this week, middle school wrestler Kevin Beall placed sixth at the junior high District meet and will compete at State. VB's only female wrestler Aliza Stahl experienced a huge success this week as well, as she competed on the OHWay State girls' team.
