Daniel Roberts has recently ended a successful 4-year soccer career as a black knight. He shattered six records throughout his soccer career. These include: career assist record (46), game assist record (5), career steals record (187), game steals record (7), season steals record (187), and the juggling record (1,234).

He also participates on a travel soccer team, Pacesetter, which starts in the midst of basketball season. Being a player of the basketball team makes his winter just as busy as the fall and an exciting few months for the senior.

Roberts is a captain for the boys’ basketball team and expects to keep improving as a team and go out and win games this year.

As for future plans, Roberts’s goal is to play college soccer at a 4-year college but is undecided on a major and where he will be attending.

What is the most memorable moment of your soccer career? My junior year, scoring in double overtime to make it to district finals against   Riverdale.

When thinking about this coming basketball season, what excites you the most?  Playing with Sawyer again.

If you were stranded on an island what are three things you would need to survive? Sawyer, Jim, and Landing Pad Pizza

What is your strangest habit? Biting my fingernails

Who is your role model? My grandpa, he’s just a good guy and seems to be doing things right.
